Georgia specialises in classical vocal technique and opera. Georgia is used to working in a wide range of genres - it's most important that you love what you are singing!
A first lesson typically starts with a conversation about what you want to achieve through your lessons. You will then make a plan together and get started!
There will typically be around 20-25 minutes of warm-ups so Georgia can get a good understanding of your voice and help with its natural development. Then you will typically work on some pieces for the second half of the lesson together. Georgia is open to students bringing their own repertoire, however, she will also provide you with pieces tailored to your voice's development.
For your first lesson, just bring yourself and, if you have one, a piece you like to sing. Having a first singing lesson can get nerves bubbling but please don't worry! Lessons are there to help you and Georgia is on your side. She won't make you do anything you're uncomfortable with and her lessons move at your pace and match your learning style.
