George is a very talented musician. His high level clarinet and piano playing allows him to explain and teach in a comprehensive way to students of all abilities. George is also extremely friendly and kind which makes him a great teacher when working with young people.

George is a dedicated and accomplished performer. I have personally enjoyed his talents as a keyboardist, singer and clarinetist. I have also witnessed George’s teaching, and found him patient, attentive and diligent in his sessions. George is good humoured, sensible, supportive, and incredibly dedicated to his craft. His interest in the history behind the piece, not just the notes on the page, have led me to rethink my own relationship with and commitment to the music.

George is a member of the 2024-25 Sinfonia Smith Square fellowship programme as a Clarinet player. As a member of the orchestra George takes part in our education projects working with young people from nursery age to secondary. Not only is George an excellent player but his patience and friendly approach makes him an asset to these projects. I have no doubt he would be a brilliant member of your team.
