Francisco has been working at the MiSST Music Academy since September 2022. He is friendly, encouraging, helpful and reliable, and has delivered in his roles as percussion orchestral tutor, percussion teacher and conducting teacher extremely well. The standard of our percussionists has improved dramatically and all of them feel engaged and supported every single week.

I have taught Francisco and worked alongside him. As a tutor on the Professional Studies course at Guildhall School, I led him through a series of seminars on developing good teaching practice, and he had to deliver a number of lessons, and write up his reflections as a part of that course. He is eager to learn and to develop, and he has an open and engaging personality.
