Esme is a professional singer-songwriter, guitarist and performer who has been playing music and writing songs for ten years. Esme loves sharing her passion for music with students as she recognizes that it is the best feeling when you can finally play your favourite song or when you first write your own.

Esme has been teaching children and adults since 2018 and believes that music making and learning should be fun and engaging. In Esme's lessons you will work on the songs that you like and that you want to play. This could be any number of styles such as, pop, rock, rap, or country. She can work with you from a complete beginner stage or on more advanced songs. Esme's lessons are for learners who, may be serious about getting good, but don't particularly want to do exams or learn lots of classical scales. This is perfect for children who have suddenly gained an interest in music and want to develop this or adult learners who want to be able to strum along to their favourite songs or have aims of playing gigs in the future.

I can teach ukulele, guitar, singing or songwriting. I am happy to work with you on one or more of these skills.
