About Erika
Erika is a highly qualified piano teacher based in Bristol and South Gloucestershire, with over 20 years of teaching experience across the UK and Europe. She specialises in teaching classical piano to children, teenagers, and young adults.
She began studying piano at the age of six and continued her training at the Conservatoire of Žilina from the age of 15. She later completed a Master’s degree in Piano Performance and Music Pedagogy at the University of Konstantin the Philosopher in Nitra, Slovakia.
Alongside her studies, she worked as a piano teacher and accompanist for violinists and vocalists, and went on to teach at numerous respected Music School in Slovakia and UK.
Erika has also performed as an accompanist at numerous national and international competitions.
She has extensive experience preparing students for all major exam boards, from beginner to diploma level, with a strong emphasis on musical development, enjoyment, and consistent progress.
