Dunya is an exceptional musician, musicologist and educator, displaying excellence across all her work, whether school workshops, university-level teaching, performing, or academic writing. As a colleague she is inspiring to work with, as well as being reliable and committed. I can highly recommend her as a music teacher who will undoubtably nurture a love of music and help students of all ages realise their full potential.

Dunya Habash and I have remained in contact after her graduation from Birmingham-Southern College where she was an Honors Program student of mine, and a piano and a history major. We often discuss teaching techniques related to her graduate teaching at Cambridge Univ. I find her mindful of student needs and creative in engaging students in studying and playing music at varied levels. From the outset, I have found her to be a very talented and intelligent woman with impressive musical acumen.
