I have had guitar lessons from David for a long time now. David is a very cool guy and most excellent guitar player. His lessons are very engaging and I’ve found his knowledge very valuable on my guitar playing journey.

David is fantastic. He tailors the learning experience to your level and specifications, and will go through each technique in as much detail ad required to get you to the requisite proficiency. His ability is absolutely stellar, and I'm totally convinced he could recite just about every riff in history with the level of knowledge and passion he has for guitar. I couldn't recommend him any more.

Last night I had my first lesson with David I only booked one as I have met other teachers in the past and didn't progress. After just one hour with David I had learnt more than 5 lessons with another instructor. Ive just booked a block of 10 and can't wait until my next lesson.

David is a very talented musician and extremely passionate about teaching guitar. He has many years of experience (sorry David) teaching and tailors your guitar learning to what style of music you enjoy, your ability, and your speed of learning. You aren’t taught to a set curriculum, instead David works with your strong points and eases in your weaknesses so that you always feel that you’re moving forward. He explains everything very clearly and is happy to repeatedly show how to play if you’re struggling. I can’t believe how far I have progressed in only 3 months. The true sign of a good teacher is someone who helps you to learn and encourages you without pushing you too hard or in the wrong direction. People learn guitar to enjoy it and David achieves this in abundance. Thank you David for helping a middle aged man on the path to achieving a childhood dream.

My Daughter had taught herself the basics of playing the guitar and wanted to get a guitar teacher to help her improve her technique and skill. Since starting with David we have seen a vast improvement in her technique which has led to her playing more and developing new ideas and songs that she couldn’t have done before. During the first few lessons David has meticulously and clearly explained the lesson landscape and worked systematically through the various topics and methods taking time to ensure the information is understood and I think this is so important. David varies the topics and teaching methods so a broad range of techniques are being covered. David is a very talented and enthusiastic teacher with real passion for what he does. We have since booked our second batch of 10 lessons with him and this is a testament and reflection of how happy we are with us teaching style and the improvements I’ve seen in my daughters playing ability.

I've been playing guitar for many years but after only 3 lessons with david my knowledge has rocketed!! He definitely has the blueprint worked out to take you to the next level!!

David is an Incredible teacher; he is skilled at explaining musical concepts, teaching different styles, and explains excellent methods for retaining information. After learning solo for around 2-3 years I found myself in a slump where I was no longer enjoying my guitar, David has helped me fall in love with playing my guitar again. I could not recommend it enough to anyone who has previously not had lessons.
