Daniel graduated with a 2:1 BA Hons in Music from the University of Nottingham in 2021. Based in Barnsley and specialising in Guitar, Tenor Banjo, Mandolin, Fiddle and Music Theory, he has extensive teaching experience gained throughout his years studying in Nottingham. Daniel is adept at teaching classical, rock, pop and folk guitar and has helped past students achieve fantastic results in their ABRSM examinations. Alongside his teaching, Daniel has also had lots of experience as a live performer, playing festivals across the UK including Glastonbury in 2019 and as a session musician in the studio with international radio play notably on Nashville radio. With experience teaching across ages ranging from 6 to 66, Daniel is confident that he can help you achieve your goals in fun, friendly and enjoyable lessons available in person or online.

No instrument required for first lesson, I have spare equipment that can be borrowed for the duration of the first lesson and I will also be happy to provide advice on purchasing a first instrument. First lessons are a great chance for us to get to know one another and discuss your current level of ability and goals for the future. Lessons are available on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoon/evenings at my home studio or online.
