With over 12 years of professional performance and teaching experience, I offer lessons in double bass, electric bass, piano, and music theory for all ages and levels — from complete beginners to advanced players.
I am a professional freelance double bassist and electric bassist, performing regularly across a wide range of genres. I hold a BMus (1st Class Honours) in Classical & Orchestral Double Bass and also studied at the Manhattan School of Music, New York. My playing and teaching experience spans from classical and orchestral repertoire to jazz, funk, folk, punk, and music from around the world.
My teaching style is relaxed, flexible, and student-focused — I tailor each lesson to your goals and interests, so you can learn at your own pace and in the direction that inspires you most.
