Had my first lesson with Cleo and despite my being very nervous (having never played an instrument before), she has made the concept of learning how to play violin feel far less daunting. In this first lesson, we went over the basics of violin, making sure I understood each step fully before moving on. When the session ended, she gave me the material we were working with to practice ahead of our next lesson. I'm keenly waiting for our next lesson together as I feel like I have so much more to learn and Cleo makes even small amounts of progress fell very rewarding. Other than her being a great teacher, she has a very approachable and warm personality. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Cleo to anyone who wanted to learn violin.
