Chloe is a professional Violinist and music teacher based in Leeds. Since graduating from Leeds Conservatoire in 2017 with a degree in Classical Music, Chloe has built up a variety of teaching experience and currently offers lessons to people of all ages from Beginner - Grade 8.
Chloe has worked as an Instrumental Tutor at Opera North since 2017, working on the In Harmony Opera North project that delivers music education to children in Leeds and surrounding areas. Within this work, Chloe has delivered small and large group instrumental sessions as well as whole class EYFS/KS1 lessons. She has worked with and performed on behalf of Made with Music since 2018 and is also a member of the Songbirds musician team (previously LIME Music for Health) who provide musical entertainment to children within the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. Other project work includes cover roles for Art Forms, Leeds and Purple Patch Arts.
As a teacher, Chloe is flexible to each students needs and has a high retention rate of students, having taught some individuals for 4+ years. Lessons are engaging and can include exam work, composition, learning popular/film music and theory.
Chloe is a regular session musician has also played with groups such as VOCI String Quartet, The Untold Orchestra, Heritage Orchestra, Urban Soul Orchestra, London String Group, The Northern Opera Group, LEOS Strings, Northern Film Orchestra, The Power Ballad Orchestra, Gatecrasher Classical Orchestra, Ignition Orchestra and is also a member of the band Vraell.
Chloe has also recorded for TV adverts and fixed large recording ensembles on behalf of WMP studio.
