About Chloe Leadbeater

NO CURRENT AVAILABILITY, Liverpool-based lessons: Chloe believes no one is too young or too old to introduce themselves to the world of music. Whatever your experience, Chloe can offer lessons in Flute, Piano and Music Theory within the North West of England either online or at your home. As a graduate of the University of Liverpool (BA Music), Chloe brings enthusiasm and passion to each lesson which will be tailored specifically to your needs, ranging from beginner to advanced, from fun learning to exam preparation.

Flute/Piano Lessons

Chloe's main aim is to make sure each lesson suits the student perfectly - progressing through graded exams, playing for fun, or even learning to play with others. A typical lesson could include:

- Warm-up or scale exercises
- Learning to read musical notation
- Learning pieces for musical enjoyment/exam preparation
- Duet pieces with Chloe
- Technical studies

All of these aspects will strengthen a student's self-confidence and set the musical foundations to be able to go further with their instrument. For those wanting to work towards musical exams, Chloe can prepare you for ABRSM flute and piano exams.

Besides from exam preparation and fun musical lessons , Chloe can also help with musical aptitude tests for secondary school admission as well as help prepare students for GCSE, A-Level or University music courses.

Music Theory Lessons

Chloe also offers music theory tuition to beginners or those working towards ABRSM or GCSE/A-Level music theory exams. Through musical exercises and workbook exercises, Chloe can make sure you are 100% confident in music theory aspects including rhythm, time signatures, musical notation, and listening skills.

Your First Lesson

Your first lesson will involve an introduction and informal chat to find out more about the student and their goals. This gives Chloe and the students an opportunity to find out more about one another's musical interests. Lessons can take place at your home or online, with a friend or just one-on-one...
