Celeste has a fun and holistic approach to teaching, and typically incorporates music theory and an awareness of the physical aspects of brass playing. Lessons are tailored to individuals, developed around each student's aims and interests: from playing for fun to passing exams, from gaining more confidence to supporting performance within an ensemble.

Celeste is a creative musician, and her teaching reflects this, embracing elements of various genres: from jazz to classical, klezmer to free improvisation.

She also runs group workshops, with a wider musical focus. These include improvisation workshops for new and experienced musicians, and Creative Wellbeing sessions for vulnerable participants from diverse backgrounds.
