Bryony has taught my son clarinet for two years now, guiding him from his very first note to playing with confidence and real musicality. She is endlessly positive and encouraging, and her teaching style gives him the belief he can do it. Bryony offers clear, practical techniques that have helped my son quickly master the fundamentals and continue improving week after week. He enjoys the lessons and I would thoroughly recommend Bryony to anyone looking for an inspiring clarinet teacher.

I really enjoy my piano lessons with Bryony - the time goes all too quickly! The lessons are relaxed, but structured and purposeful - and very productive. Bryony is most supportive, patient and encouraging, whilst giving very considered advice based on her own musical experience. Bryony is an excellent teacher and musician who would inspire pupils of all ages and stages.

Bryony is an excellent saxophone teacher. She has patiently got me out of bad habits that I built up over many years playing in jazz and blues bands. I most wanted to improve my sightreading/ theory and she has done a great job on that front. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Bryony is a fantastic teacher who comes to our sessions with great understanding of how to help me begin as an adult my piano journey and develop. Her passion for music and knowledge is just brilliant to be around. Definitely recommend.

I am indeed very fortunate to have found Bryony in order to restart my clarinet studies after a long period and an extensive search. The fact that she lives 5 minutes up the road is an added bonus. Byrony is a really excellent musician quite apart from being an expert woodwind instrumentalist and her lessons are always a joy to go along to. I have learnt so much in the short time I have being going to her. Her explanations have really improved my playing and care of my instrument and she has a real genuine interest in improving technique and all round musicianship. All of this along with an excellent nature and temperament and an excellent work ethic. If you want a great woodwind teacher look no further !

My daughter really enjoys her lessons with Bryony. Bryony has really worked at my daughter’s level and taught her in a systematic way to make progress. The individual tuition and focus has been really positive.
