Beccy gave me some valuable lessons in technique when I was beginning to learn the saxophone. I am also aware of her work directing the Warwickshire Youth Jazz Orchestra, where my son once performed alongside her. Most recently we have played together during the formation of a saxophone quartet and the fact that she still possesses natural teaching ability was very clear from the way she quickly fitted into a leading role in our rehearsal sessions.
