I am a full-time professional teacher/musician and I perform regularly on the UK and international music scene. I draw from this vast experience to deliver the most current and highest quality tuition to each and every one of my students. Over the last 25 years, I have fronted many Rock, Pop, Soul, Funk, Jazz and Swing bands on a professional basis.

My teaching style is relaxed and fun always giving the student the opportunity to learn for themselves. This allows the student to create a strong foundation of knowledge that they can nurture from within. Beginners are absolutely welcome to get in touch, as well as advanced students who require further vocal coaching.

I hold a BA (Hons) degree in Music with a first-class result, so I am well equipped to prepare students for auditions/exams up to university level. I attended both ACM Guildford* and BIMM Brighton* to gain my professional qualifications *recent graduates have been Ed Sheeran, James Bay, George Ezra and, The Kooks.

My lessons involve exploring the various techniques used in a selection of popular songs. Sessions can also include songwriting/composing techniques and/or live performance techniques and/or music theory. Sessions are tailored to each individual students needs and requirements and they are never taught something they simply do not wish to learn.
