I have never met anyone who is so passionate about their craft. Andy has the ability to make people intrinsically interested in his subject and I've seen him teach it in a way that is easy to understand (even with complex concepts), relate it to subjects with which a person is familiar and build upon that. He is active in the community with his volunteering, has excellent patience and a nurturing manner.
