Alex taught me for a year after meeting him at a Music summer course Alex helped me improve my skills and technique on my instrument as well as harmony and improvisation, leading to my acceptance in several conservatoires as a current sixth form student

Alex is an enthusiastic and highly approachable individual. He’s passionate about music education and this shows in his devotion to students.

Alex has worked on the RNCM Young Artists programme for the last few years as a Student Mentor and he was a great asset to our team and worked really well with the students. He supported the students on a 1-1 basis, giving 1-1 tuition as well as helped with facilitating music making sessions and band rehearsals. He was always professional and was very hard working and demonstrated great team working skills. He will be missed on the programme by both staff and students!
