ReferenceAlan is a nice, kind and patient person. He got good interaction with kids and using different strategies for each child during lessons, which make children always feeling so much fun! Skills and technique was taught according to each child’s ability. He always having a big smily face on, it is so supportive for them. Alan is always commit and punctuate, also with good communication with parents. He plan for future exams and give useful advice and support when kids got struggled.
