I passed a composition student onto Abel. Since then, the student has greatly improved. Abel managed to grasp what I was trying to teach the student and efficiently extend those lines of knowledge. Abel is a conscientious tutor who feels his responsibility towards his students deeply. His pieces are beautiful, witty, and economical. His approach to notation is fiercely pragmatic and he is fluent in electroacoustics. MusicTeachers.co.uk would be lucky to have Abel as part of their roster.

Abel has been my 14 year old son’s composition tutor for almost two years now. He is very bright and passionate about music. He manages to keep my teenage son interested and motivated and he has provided amazing guidance for him to compose beautiful and varied pieces of music. He has also taught him a lot about music theory and introduced many fun new techniques - from IT tools to modern electronic music to classical music I cannot recommend Abel enough.
