Holy Molé

Holy Molé

A great game for testing your listening skills, featuring the unique talents of the Holy Molé Ballooning Mole Choir.

Welcome to Holy Molé, the best game in the world for testing your musical listening skills!

What better medium to test your ears than a bunch of singing Mexican Moles? In this game, once you’ve picked your level, you will hear the main mole (Juan Direction) play a series of notes on his guitar. These same notes will then be sung one by one by a group of lesser moles, floating from balloons. However, one of these singing moles will sing a wrong note. It is your job to spot which mole it is, move the crosshairs (the cursor) over their balloon then shoot it (with a click) so that he falls to the ground as punishment (only the best moles can sing in the Holy Molé Ballooning Mole Choir!).

You have 10 seconds in which to decide which mole is wrong and shoot him down. The quicker you shoot him down, the more points you get :-

Correct mole shot down within 3 seconds – 20 points

Correct mole shot down within 4-6 seconds – 12 points

Correct mole shot down within 7-10 seconds – 7 points

You get 2 shots per round (in case you’re a bad shot). If you can’t shoot it down within 10 seconds, or you miss with both your shots, you get the big ZERO and move on to the next set of notes to remember. If you shoot the wrong balloon, you get the big ZERO but the guilty mole that you should have shot down will identify himself.

The game consists of 5 rounds.

Beginner Moley: 5 moles in the series (range; middle C,D,E,F,G)

Apprentice Moley: 7 moles in the series (range; middle C,D,E,F,G,A,B,C)

Manic Minor Moley: 7 moles in the series (range; harmonic minor scale from middle C to C above it)

Professor Moley: 12 moles in the series (range; middle C,D,E,F,G,A,B,C)

Holy Moley: 12 moles in the series (range; middle C to C above, chromatic scale)

GOOD LUCK!
